Visiting the area from Miami and I’m very glad we stopped by this restaurant this afternoon. Can’t say enough good things about this dining experience. Our server really set the tone by being very knowledgeable about all the plates he offered us, so we ordered them all. Him along with the rest of the staff who serviced our table did an amazing job, they never let our waters run dry, never let the used plates sit on the table long, and were quick with any requests we had. On top of the amazing service we enjoyed about 6 different meals, which were all phenomenal. Overall a great dining experience and can’t wait to come back when I’m in the area, thank you guys again!

We ordered takeout from this incredible Italian restaurant on a busy Friday evening (8/8/25) around 6:30 PM. The online estimate said our order wouldn’t be ready until 8:15 PM, but we decided to stop in around 7:00 just to see if it might be ready earlier. The kind gentleman handling takeout orders was so accommodating—he offered to move our order to the front, and to our surprise, it was ready in just about 20 minutes. We chose to enjoy our food outside, and while we were eating, the owner came out to personally greet every table. That simple gesture really stood out—it showed how much he genuinely cares about his guests and the experience they have. As for the food, it was absolutely phenomenal. Every bite tasted fresh, authentic, and straight from Italy. From the quality of the ingredients to the perfect execution of each dish, you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Between the outstanding hospitality and the unforgettable food, this place is a true gem. I can’t wait to come back!

One of the hardest to get into restaurants. Doesn’t take any reservations. Only walk ins or take out. But so worth the wait. The host, waiters, servers are all excellent. Service was very attentive. I ordered way too much food. The portions are so generous. Some of my personal favorites have to be the garlic bread and mozarella sticks. The way they coat the mozarrella sticks with more parmesan cheese, is chef kiss good. Also their Papparedella and Chicken Parm was so good. Overall after ordering all this plus drinks, everything was under 100 dollars for three people. Extremely reasonable prices and portions. The Pasta Shop is one of the best pasta places I ever been to and worth the trip and wait.

The best restaurant in New Jersey. When we went for the first time, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a table to dine inside. Remember, you have to be patient, however, you can always order takeout and it's much faster. Honestly, we decided to wait and it was worth it. Once you sit down, a completely unique experience begins. The service, the decor, and the food are spectacular. Since that first time, we haven't stopped going every Thursday. We order the meatballs and the garlic bread, which is out of this world. I've never had meatballs as good as the ones at the Pasta Shop. The service is quick and efficient. The main dishes, like the Argentinean shrimp and the Bolognese, are spectacular! Thank you Pasta Shop for such great food and service! We'll be back soon!

One of the only places I’d say where its absolutely worth how long you’ll wait to sit. Quality and authenticity top notch, you could order anything and probably like it. Great service and awesome value as well. Recommend going as early as you can or calling prior to going to try and save time

The best restaurant in Morris County, NJ!!!! I went on a Tuesday at 5pm and the place was packed, that's how you know it is legit. When you sit down the service is unbelievable. The manager came over to us and said "thank you so much for being here" + the waiter/whole staff was so nice. Truly a family environment. They give you a parmesan block before the meal and all of the food is exceptional quality and taste. You can see in the picture how perfectly everything is cooked! Highly highly recommend!!!

The best Italian around! We waited for about an hour, strolled around town, were seated by lovely staff who go above and beyond. The food is incredible and affordable! Gluten free pasta is the best you’ll ever have; you’d never know it’s GF. Worth the wait, didn’t feel rushed, amazing food! Overall, the best spot!

The most important part of any pasta shop is, well, the pasta, and here it shines. With a very short menu, they clearly focus on quality over quantity. Every single dish we ordered for our group was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, and the execution was spot on. Beyond the food, the staff were very welcoming and nice, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant's decoration and layout are nice as well, creating a comfortable and appealing setting once you are finally seated. The Downside ⏱ The major issue is the wait. For our group of seven people, it took a staggering three hours to be seated. While the food and service were fantastic, a wait that long is a serious deterrent and something potential diners should be aware of.
